As required, a district Medical Control Authority acts as the fiduciary agent for the Coalition. For the District 1 Regional Medical Response Coalition, Tri-County MCA fills this role. As fiduciary agent, Tri-County MCA is responsible for maintaining financial records for the Coalition and for submitting monthly budget reports to the Michigan Department of Community Health.
