The Planning Board consists of voting members from each of 12 acute care hospitals, 7 Medical Control Authorities, one local public health representative, and one emergency management representative in District 1 for a total of 21 voting members. In addition, a Medical Director sits on the Planning Board as an ex-officio, non-voting member. The Planning Board directs and authorizes activities of the Operations Committee and workgroups. A Chairperson, Vice-Chairperson, and Medical Director make up the Planning Board officers.
