As a means to strengthen the overall health in District 1, 
the D1RMRC has adopted the following:
The Mission of the District 1 Regional Medical Response Coalition is to operate a voluntary coalition of hospitals and Medical Control Authorities (MCAs) and other community providers through a coordination of a regional medical response system in District 1 that prepares for, mitigates, responds to, and recovers from all hazards incidents.
